Disbarred Long Island Attorney Arrested (WCBS-TV New York) - A disbarred Long Island attorney is accused of falsifying a court document promising his client a $24,000 settlement. Brian Holzberg, of Port Washington, is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted. Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice says the document contained the forged signature of a Nassau Supreme Court judge.
